Scuba diving needs real training

This lesson explains how the physics of diving affects the body and equipment. It does not teach you to dive. Never attempt scuba diving without proper training from a qualified instructor, and never dive beyond your training.

This is theory only. It does not replace training in the water with a qualified instructor.
