Investors
The marketplace for dive travel.
UiDive connects divers with verified dive centres and operators, and gives them a community to log, share and plan their next dive. Hosts pay a monthly subscription to list, and we are adding booking-based revenue next.
The problem
Dive travel is booked in the dark
Divers find trips through scattered websites, WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. It is hard to compare operators, hard to trust who is certified and insured, and hard to find a buddy.
Small dive centres, meanwhile, have strong local reputations but weak online reach, and pay for generic booking software that does nothing to bring them new customers.
Our answer
One place to find, trust and book
UiDive is a two-sided marketplace. Verified hosts publish trips; divers discover them, book, chat with the host and other divers, review the trip and log the dive. Every step feeds the next diver's trust.
Product
What is built today
Discovery
Divers search real, bookable trips by destination, date, certification level and price, with maps, reviews and saved lists.
Verified supply
Hosts apply, upload ID, certification, registration and insurance, and are reviewed by our team before they can list.
Community
Dive logs, posts, buddy chat, trip chat and contests keep divers on the platform between trips and bring them back.
Host tools
A dashboard for trips, rosters, bookings, analytics, reviews, waitlists, team access and email notifications.
Business model
Subscriptions today, bookings next
Hosts pay a monthly plan to list trips and unlock tools. Divers use UiDive free. Once in-platform payments launch, a commission on each booking adds a second revenue line that grows with volume.

Recurring revenue
Subscription income that is predictable and grows with every host we onboard.
Volume upside
Booking commission scales with trips sold, not with the number of hosts.
Trust as a moat
Verification, reviews and dive logs build a data set that is hard to copy.
